We use your data to provide and improve the Service in accordance with the provisions of Data Protection Law, 2017 of the Cayman Islands (“DPL”). By using the Service, you agree to how we collect, use, retain and secure your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.
What personal data do we collect?
Personal data is any information relating to a living, natural person who can be identified.
We obtain your personal data directly from you when:
- you get in touch with us via email, support, phone call and provide us with your name and contact details
- you Sign up; you enter personal data necessary to create your account
- you use our Service; you upload or enter personal data that we collect and process regarding your use of such Services to improve your overall experience
However, we may be required to keep on record information relating to criminal behaviour, politically exposed persons, and sanctions to comply with the anti-money laundering, terrorist, and proliferation financing legislation to ensure that we can prevent and report any suspicious activity.

- Deliver functionality. As per the pricing plan you select, full use of Achvah will be provided accordingly. We use your data to support you and maintain the Services which you use. In technical terms, this means enhancing machine learning models to improve the accuracy of data extraction
- Protect the integrity of our Service as well as meet legal and regulatory requirement. We may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent where this is required or permitted by law. For example, where we have an obligation to report suspected fraud
- Send important notice. For example, we ask for your email address so that we can send you communications about purchases, or changes to our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy
We do not access, process, or store your credit/debit card details used for payment. When making a purchase, you enter your card details into a form supplied by the payment provider (PayPal) that will be processing the payment and does not share your card details with us.
How long we keep your personal data
We will only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to provide our services to you. The data we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For example, we will use your personal data to preserve transaction history, and where you have made a purchase with us, we will keep a record of your purchase for the period necessary for invoicing purposes. The processing of the personal information contained in documents uploaded may also be subject to agreed retention terms or your request to erase the personal information.
Data connected to you that is no longer necessary and relevant to provide our Service may be de-identified or aggregated with other non-personal data to improve our Service and provide insights to us, such as statistics of the use of the services.
We may also retain information to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and take other actions permitted by law. Our maximum retention period is five (5) years after the end of our relationship with you, to comply with applicable legal requirements.

We work hard to make our Service available to everyone. The document you upload will be processed using artificial intelligence to provide your declaration as well as for machine learning as we improve our Service. We do not use humans to extract data from your documents. Your data is securely hosted on Amazon Web Services Inc. Amazon provides all our infrastructure which does mean that your data may be processed in countries outside the country where you live, including in the United States, but Amazon is committed contractually with us to protect and secure your data.
We never share your personal data with any third party for their purpose of direct marketing.

We offer the following rights to all individuals regardless of their location:
- The right to be informed. You have the right to know how we use your personal data, whether we disclose it and how we protect it. This Privacy Policy contains information about the processing of personal data
- The right to access your data. You are entitled to receive a copy of your personal data that we hold. You can log in to see the personal data in your user account
